Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Used Engines: Used engines may be returned within 14 days if they don't match the listed condition. A restocking fee may apply.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, installed engines, and engines that have been run are not eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using the provided shipping label
  5. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt
